Developer of pioneering mobile data technology for Police Forces and Government organisations joins O2’s Accelerator Programme as a Preferred Partner

 

UK mobile data specialist, Beat Systems, has announced a new strategic partnership with O2 to drive sales of its mobile data software to Police Forces and Government organisations. Beat Systems is the recognised standard for secure mobile computing software serving UK Police Forces, Home Office Criminal Justice organisations, Local & Central Government, and it is the only dedicated mobile data provider targeting these markets to have been accepted to O2’s Accelerator  Partner Programme as a Preferred Partner.

 

As the leader in non-voice mobile services, O2 is leveraging Beat’s mobile technology as well as its own innovations to drive new revenues and expand growth.   Beat’s mobile solution is a fully integrated hand-held and vehicle mobile system capable of securely searching and updating all central systems used by Police Forces and Government organisations from a single log-on and search.  This allows officers off-site to perform live searches and interrogate multiple systems with excellent security.  All information is seamlessly updated into all central systems without the need for manual re-keying. The Beat mobile solution is hardware, bearer and operating system independent..
